Live on Odoo in 90 days. Fixed price. Fixed scope.
Go-Live 90 is the implementation package we built after 120+ UAE projects taught us why ERP rollouts drag: open-ended scope. So we closed it. One charter, one AED price, one date.
How It Works — Four Steps to Live
Days 1–10 — Map
Kickoff workshop, process walkthrough, data audit. Output: a signed scope charter — every app, every process, every migration item, in writing. You keep the charter even if you stop here.
Days 11–45 — Build
We configure Odoo to the charter, migrate your master data, and connect the included integrations. You see a working system with your data by Day 45 — not slides.
Days 46–75 — Prove
Your team tests real scenarios in UAT. We train by role, in English and Arabic. Two structured feedback rounds, fixed turnaround on both sides.
Days 76–90 — Launch
Cutover plan executed, opening balances posted, first live invoice out the door. Then hypercare: our consultants in your corner daily while the team finds its feet.
What's Included — Four Tiers
All tiers include Odoo Enterprise (Odoo Online or Odoo.sh — Odoo.sh is our default recommendation, and we stay hosting-agnostic), the UAE chart of accounts, VAT-ready configuration, an e-invoicing readiness check, and an English + Arabic user interface. Payment is milestone-based or monthly installments — agreed before kickoff. Prices are one-time implementation fees, excluding Odoo licenses and VAT.

What's not included (read this)
Odoo license fees (billed by Odoo directly); hardware and network; historical data beyond the stated limits; third-party app licenses; processes added after the Day-10 scope freeze (quoted separately as Phase 2); custom development beyond stated dev-days; on-site presence beyond the on-site days set in your charter (extra days at day rate). We print this list on everything — honesty is a design element.
Who It's For — and Who It Isn't
Built for
UAE SMEs of 1–60 users replacing spreadsheets, Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho or a legacy system; standard-ish processes in trading, distribution, services, e-commerce, light manufacturing or real estate; and a decision-maker who can commit 4 hours a week.
Not for
200+ user enterprises, heavy custom development on day one, multi-country consolidations, teams that can't free up a project owner — or anyone who wants to "start and see where it goes." For those, our consultative track is the right door: book the same call and we'll tell you straight.
Go-Live 90 — The Questions Everyone Asks
90 days seems fast. Is this a rushed job?
It's not fast; it's focused. The configuration work in a typical 9-month project rarely exceeds 60 working days — the other months are scope drift and waiting. Go-Live 90 deletes the waiting, not the work. Our own group's companies went live on tighter timelines, and 120+ projects refined the playbook.
What if our processes are unusual?
Days 1–10 exist to find out. If your processes genuinely don't fit standard Odoo, we tell you on Day 10, you keep the charter document, and you've spent ten days — not nine months — learning it. Most "unusual" processes turn out to be standard processes with unusual Excel sheets.
What does it really cost — what's hiding outside the package price?
Outside our fee: Odoo's own license subscription (we'll quote it transparently — see our pricing guide), and anything in the exclusions list published right on this page. No discovered-along-the-way fees: that's the point of a charter.
Can we add things mid-project?
Yes — to Phase 2. Mid-project additions are how 9-month projects are born. We log every new idea in the Phase 2 backlog and quote it the week after go-live, when you'll prioritize with a live system in hand and better judgment than anyone has on Day 40.
We were burned by a previous IT/ERP vendor. Why is this different?
Three structural differences: a written scope you sign (not a proposal you skim), a fixed AED price and date locked at the Day-10 charter, and a partner that runs its own multi-company group on the same software — we eat our own cooking. If you're mid-failure right now, see our rescue service at /odoo-rescue instead.
Do you handle VAT and the new e-invoicing rules?
Every Go-Live 90 ships UAE VAT-configured (5%, reverse charge, designated zones where relevant) with FTA-aligned tax reports, plus an e-invoicing readiness check so you're not retrofitting when your wave of the mandate lands. It's the same configuration our own group files with.
Can we do it in Arabic?
Yes — Odoo's interface, your documents (quotes, invoices), and our training are available in Arabic, English, or both. Bilingual rollouts are our default, not an add-on.
One call tells you the tier, the price band, and the date.
30 minutes with a consultant who's done this 120+ times. If Go-Live 90 isn't right for you, we'll say so on the call.
