All of our packages include hosting, incremental daily backups on two continents, email integration, top-tier security, 24/7 monitoring, and a control center to manage your Odoo system. Our service includes unlimited email assistance from Monday to Friday, 24 hours a day, in English, French, Spanish, or Dutch. Our eLearning platform is also free to use. Upgrades are also included in all of our programs at no additional cost. The price does not include:

• The cost of Hosting on Odoo.sh for custom developments (hosting on Odoo Online is free)
• The fees and costs of Implementation service and access to Odoo expert services
• In-App-Purchase credits: SMS, contacts auto-complete, lead generation, IA to scan vendor bills & expenses.

The basic plan is hosted on Odoo Online, our cloud infrastructure for hosting databases that do not require specific modules. With the custom plan, you may host on Odoo Online for free or choose one of the following:

1. Download Odoo Enterprise and host it on your own server.
2. Host your development, staging, and production branches on Odoo.sh, the continuous integration platform, allowing you to design or utilize custom modules.

With our expert guidance and support, you can hit the ground running with Odoo and start seeing results right away.

A paying user is typically an employee who has access to the Odoo backend and can create, view, or edit documents. You do not have to pay for external users, such as clients or suppliers, who use Odoo through portals Paying users include:

• An employee who reports their expenses or timesheet or a third-party accountant who uses Odoo to work on your finances would be considered paying users.
• A third-party accountant who works on your finances using Odoo. Free users include:
• Customers and suppliers who have access to their invoices via the portal Website
• Visitors who place eCommerce purchases and follow their delivery

If the app you choose is dependent on other applications, (for example, eCommerce is dependent on Website and Invoicing), you will also receive these essential apps for free. This is to ensure a seamless experience for you, and we promise that its use will be free for infinite people in perpetuity, regardless of the app's dependencies.

Simply install the additional applications required to move from the One App Free plan to the Basic plan. When you install Studio or add firms to your database, the plan will automatically change to Custom.

The custom plan is for businesses that need to customize Odoo using Odoo Studio, customized projects (on Odoo.sh or on-premise), or the API and wish to manage multiple companies on a single database.

External API refers to the ability to set up external software, such as legacy systems or reporting engines, to initiate calls to the Odoo API (JSON-RPC or XML-RPC) in order to query, retrieve or update data stored in Odoo. However, when a call is initiated from within Odoo, it is not considered an “External API.” For instance, when an Odoo app uses an external service like a payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, etc.), delivery carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), VoIP provider or bank synchronization, it is part of the standard plan.
